Job Title: D365 CRM/CE Techno functionalQualificationso A minimum bachelor’s degreeo 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Techno functionalo Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systemso Clear and concise oral and written communication skillso Patience, ability, and passion to lead people, teams, and projectso A deep understanding of all aspects of business management and strategic evaluationo A strong work ethic and a “yes, we can” attitude.· Responsibilitieso Experience in Customer Service Moduleo Strong hands-on experience in developing CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and developing a model-driven app, Power apps & Power automate C#, custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;o Strong hands-on experience in Azure technologies like REST API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps development is desirableo Strong Experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, Business Rules, Business Process Flows, security management, creating solutions, Fetch XML XRM Toolbox, and data migration techniqueso Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE moduleso Experience AGILE methodology and knowledge of GitHub tool.o Good Communication Skills; Should be a team player skills Required: MS Dynamics 365 C#Skills Preferred: Agile Logic apps Experience· Other Skillso Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.o Analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.o Strong verbal and written communication skills.o Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with both internal and external clients.o Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.o Self-motivated and have a desire to continually learn as they go.o Fast-paced environment that requires organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.o Flexibility to perform at levels to meet peak demands in periods of high volume and activity.
