Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integrated B2B demand generation campaigns with a primary focus on lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation strategies to deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as and Google Ads, and leverage other relevant B2B marketing channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and optimize lead generation processes.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to build lead generation value, promote WegoPro, become a product knowledge expert, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to understand conversion rates and develop mutual action plans to generate leads in target market segments.
  • Pursue revenue opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives and targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. 3+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution, including email and direct mail marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.
  3. Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on and Google Ads.
  4. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools.
  5. Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  6. Strong lead nurturing skills to effectively engage and convert prospects.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  8. Metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
