Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Physicist cum RSO Level 3, based in Nasik. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of radiation therapy equipment, planning and evaluating treatment parameters, implementing radiation safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks will include treatment planning, dosimetry calculations, and providing expertise in medical physics for patient care and safety in collaboration with the oncology team. Qualifications Strong expertise in Medical Physics and general PhysicsProficiency in Treatment Planning and Dosimetry processesIn-depth knowledge of Radiation Safety and related regulatory complianceAttention to detail and problem-solving skills in medical physics operationsCertifications or qualifications in Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) Level 3 are mandatoryMaster’s degree in Medical Physics or related field requiredRelevant prior experience in a clinical or hospital-based setting preferredStrong communication and collaboration skills to work in interdisciplinary teams
