Job Description: VAN DOCTOR
Position: Van Doctor
Qualification: BAMS Doctor with registration and at least 3 years of experience post-internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Consultation & Counselling:
Provide comprehensive medical consultation and counselling to all community members, irrespective of age, caste, creed, or gender.
Referral Services:
Refer complicated medical cases to higher health facilities as necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
Health Education & Counselling:
Conduct health education and counselling sessions once a week. Submit detailed reports for each awareness activity.
Patient Case Studies:
Prepare and submit weekly patient case studies, including relevant photographs to support clinical findings.
Team Supervision:
Supervise the implementation of healthcare activities within the Mobile Medical Unit. As the van in charge, ensure all team members fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
Reporting:
Ensure the submission of daily reports, including MIS, PIMS, and medicine consumption reports.
Daily Work Schedule:
Work at least 3 hours per day at each designated village, ensuring a minimum of 7 hours of work per day.
Government Liaison:
Assist field and team managers in obtaining necessary approvals from local government authorities.
Van & Equipment Management:
Take responsibility for the upkeep and security of the Mobile Medical Van and its equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Penalties:
Data Reporting:
Failure to update patient data on W-Expenses MIS/PIMS by 6:00 PM each working day will result in the loss of a full day's leave.
Excess Leave:
Any leaves taken beyond the allotted 2 days will be considered as Leave Without Pay (LOP).

Attendance:
Failure to punch in attendance on the app before 9:00 AM will result in being marked absent for that day, which will reflect in the attendance records.
Substance Use:
Engaging in the consumption of tobacco, gutka, smoking (cigarette/bidi), narcotic substances, or alcohol during working hours will lead to immediate termination without any warning.
Equipment Responsibility:
The doctor is responsible for the safety and upkeep of the diagnostic equipment on the van. Any loss or damage to the equipment will result in the cost being deducted from the doctor's salary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
