Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - Merchandiser with a strong background in buyer development, team leadership, and order execution. The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (both woven and knits), strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across departments to meet deadlines and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

- Drive buyer development and manage buyer communication effectively.

- Lead and supervise the entire merchandising team to ensure streamline operations.

- Oversee the entire order lifecycle from sampling to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Ensure daily follow-ups with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

- Collaborate with factories and production units to meet committed delivery schedules.

- Work closely with the design and product development teams to align samples with buyer expectations.

- Review and analyze order specifications to ensure all buyer requirements are met.

- Handle TNA (Time and Action Plans) and ensure timely approvals of samples, trims, and packaging.

- Assist in pricing negotiations and costings to achieve profit margins.

- Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues proactively.

Skill Set Required:

- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of foreign languages is a strong advantage.

- Deep understanding of garment export processes and buyer compliance protocols.

- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management.

- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.

- Proficiency in using MS Office and merchandising tools for order tracking and reporting
