About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across the Healthcare, Banking & Finance, and Hospital sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, customer behavior, and integrated

marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies tailored to each industry vertical (Healthcare,

Banking & Finance, Hospitals).

- Design and lead both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing goals with

business objectives.

- Manage branding, positioning, and communication plans to establish market presence.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategies.

- Plan and oversee events, webinars, conferences, and promotional activities.

- Monitor ROI and performance metrics for all campaigns using analytics tools.

- Supervise and mentor a small team of marketing executives or interns, if applicable.

- Handle marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing or a relevant field from a reputed institution.

- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the Healthcare, BFSI, or Hospital sectors.

- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in data-driven marketing and campaign performance tracking.

- Knowledge of regional market dynamics (Jaipur/Rajasthan) is a plus.
