Job Details:


OCR Engineer


We are looking for a growth-oriented software engineer to work with an AI product team to integrate the OCR Engine. A successful candidate will bring experience in Abby Fine reader, C/C++ and Objective C and Experience developing cross-platform Desktop applications/libraries.


Must to have:

-->Expertise in Abbyy Fine Reader OCR SDK , C++/ Objective C (4+ Years experience overall)

-->Worked on OCR on Mobile/Desktop/Tab screenshots [pixel perfect images].Requirement of the client to make the screenshot OCRs more efficient.

-->OCR on scanned documents is good to have


Roles and Responsibilities:

-->Increase efficiency of the existing OCR process.

-->Extend the existing OCR Integrated (Abbyy Fine Reader) solutions with new languages

-->Work with language experts in integrating new dictionaries into the OCR

-->Collaborate with the product team in build, testing, and releasing the new language-integrated version of the product.


1 shift – starts at 1 pm IST – some overlap between India and US team
