Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our high-performance offshore team at Xshore. In this role, you’ll lead accounting operations, manage financial reporting cycles, and work closely with client finance leaders across the U.S. and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who’s ready to step into a global, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliationsOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare and review financial statements and management reportsEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS and client policiesPartner with CFOs, controllers, and auditors on reporting and reviewsMentor and guide junior accountants, driving performance and efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CommerceCPA/CA/CMA/ACCA qualification required5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior roleStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/IFRS and reporting standardsHands-on experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAPAdvanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical mindsetExcellent communication and ability to work with international teams
