Were seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead both our paid and organic strategies within an increasingly AI-driven search ecosystem. Youll design 360 digital campaigns powered by AI, manage performance marketing channels, and optimize engagement via chatbots, email, SEO, and targeted ABM.
The key outcome to drive would be net-new pipeline creation via Paid and Organic Channels within target cost/qualified opportunity.
Key Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Build integrated digital roadmapsspanning SEO, SEM, programmatic, social ads, email, chatbots, display, and retargeting.
AI & Martech Leadership:
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and AI tools (e.g., generative search, ad targeting predictive SEO, chatbots). Define use cases and drive adoption.
Paid Media Management:
- Manage SEM, social, display, and programmatic campaigns endto-end: audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative use, testing, and performance optimization.
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Design and execute SEO strategies for keyword-rich, AI-conversational queries. Own site audits, technical SEO, content optimization, and reporting.
Email & Marketing Automation:
- Develop omni-channel email programs and lead nurture sequences within a marketing automation platform. Monitor deliverability, segmentation, and conversion performance.
Analytics & Performance Measurement:
- Set KPIs (e.g., CAC, CTR, CPL, MQLs). Analyze performance across channels and martechsurface insights and shift budgets dynamically.
Vendor & Agency Management:
- Lead relationships with external media, SEO, ad tech, and AI providersensure delivery against SLAs, ROI targets, and brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with product marketing, regional marketing, sales, and brand teams to
synchronize digital initiatives with GTM objectives.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 7 - 10 years in digital marketing within Global B2B SaaS or Enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven track record managing both paid and organic channelsSEO, SEM, programmatic, social ads.
- Hands-on experience with advanced martech and AI-driven tools, including chatbots, marketing automation, predictive analytics, or search tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe, or equivalent tools.
- Strategy-first approachable to align digital campaigns with broader GTM goals and business KPIs (CAC, CTR, MQL).
- Excellent project and vendor management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-growth, complex environments and manage multiple concurrent priorities. Traits:
- Experience integrating AI conversational search (e.g., voice/AI-powered discovery) into SEO and SEM strategies.
- Familiarity with ABM tools, account-based advertising, or intent-based targeting.
- Certification in ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.) or marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Experience with diving bees (e.g. generative AI content generation, prompt engineering).
- Team leadership or mentorship skillsready to grow team capabilities over time.
