Location : Bangalore.Experience : 3+ years.Notice Period : Up to 45 days.Company Overview :At AT&T, were redefining the future of communication by connecting people to greater possibilities with expertise, simplicity, and inspiration.Our Product Development group, part of AT&T Technology Services (ATS), builds software products, services, and platforms that customers love and need.We focus on technology-driven solutions that deliver revenue, cost savings, and operational excellence.Job Overview :We are seeking a Jr Full Stack Development Engineer with strong frontend and backend experience to work on cross-platform software projects.This role supports the transformation of AT&Ts order and delivery management systems.The candidate will work on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution, collaborating closely with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software systems (3-tier and Microsoft Azure cloud-based systems).- Develop frontend and backend components, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.- Actively participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and Agile development cycles.- Support detailed documentation of systems and features.- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.- Maintain and optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.- Mentor peers and provide technical guidance where appropriate.Required Skills & Experience :- 3+ years of full stack development experience with strong frontend and backend expertise.- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, Python, PHP, Perl, etc.- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB).- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular 6+).- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.- Experience with Web APIs (REST), unit testing, TDD, BDD, and configuration management tools (Git, Jenkins).- Familiarity with responsive design, UI optimization for small screens, and e-commerce platforms.Desirable Skills :- Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.- Containerization technologies (Docker).- Experience with Azure DevOps.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and other software development methodologies.Education :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Technical or professional certifications in relevant domains are a plus.Why Join AT&T :- Be part of a team that delivers innovative and reliable technology solutions.- Bring your bold ideas and fearless risk-taking to redefine connectivity and transform how the world shares stories and experiences that matter.- At AT&T, you dont just imagine the future you create it.
