Job Description: Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are a
deep-tech health startup
based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with a remote-friendly culture, building a digital health platform that will power hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices under one ecosystem. The platform will include Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration — all aligned with national health standards.

As a full-stack developer, you will take a lead role in building and guiding a small team of frontend and backend developers. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features — from UI design to API development and database integration. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, who is ready to step into ownership and leadership while still being hands-on with coding.

Responsibilities


• Lead and mentor junior frontend and backend developers.


• Own end-to-end feature delivery: UI → API → database.


• Develop APIs and backend services and integrate with frontend apps.


• Ensure security, compliance, and interoperability (FHIR, ABDM, DPDP).
• Drive code quality through reviews, CI/CD practices, and DevOps pipelines.


• Collaborate with the Tech Architect on scalability, performance, and deployment.


• Actively contribute to both product design and technical architecture discussions.

What We're Looking For


• Enthusiasts with strong fundamentals in coding, computer science concepts, and full-stack API-driven app development spanning web, mobile, and backend microservices.


• 1–4 years of experience in full-stack development.


• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.


• Ability to guide junior developers and take technical ownership of modules.


• Curiosity to learn healthcare standards (FHIR/HL7, ABDM APIs).

Engagement Terms


• Initial 1-month training, followed by a 6-month renewable contract.


• Compensation will be structured to reflect early-career leadership responsibilities.
