The Lead Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. They will also oversee sales strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services or products. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building skills Market Analysis and Strategic Planning abilities Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Exposure to the infrastructure or construction industry is a plusExperience Range:Minimum 1 year to maximum 4 yearsSalary:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month+ Performance-Based Incentives
