Greetings from TCSWe are looking for Field ExpansionExperience: 4 - 8 YearsLocation: PAN IndiaSkills- Ability to evaluate potential expansion sites for technical viability, environmental impact, regulatory compliance, and logistical feasibility. - Capable of preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities during field expansion. - Strong understanding of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and permitting processes relevant to infrastructure development. - Proficient in liaising with local authorities, landowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and conflict resolution. - Adept at identifying potential risks (e.g., land acquisition delays, community opposition) and implementing mitigation strategies. - Skilled in developing expansion strategies, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and aligning field activities with project timelines.Responsibilities- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess potential areas for infrastructure development or expansion. - Work with legal and regulatory teams to secure necessary permits, approvals, and land rights for construction activities. - Create detailed plans for field expansion aligned with company goals, timelines, and budget constraints. - Oversee on-site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. - Build relationships with local communities, government bodies, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution. - Provide regular updates to senior management on expansion progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
