Job Description for QA Specialist

Work Location:

This is a work-from-office role, and the candidate will be required to work from our office premises in Gurugram.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Development and Product Teams to understand the product pipeline.
  • Evaluate user interfaces for usability, visual appeal, and user experience flaws
  • Use customer support feedback to expand test scenarios.
  • Thoroughly test application features against requirements and identify functional bugs.
  • To do end-to-end testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the application meets business needs.
  • Implement & execute testing processes, test case creation and automation( Optional)


Who We Are Looking For:


  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in testing different products
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, both manually and through automation (optional).
  • Experience with tools like Postman for testing APIs
  • Strong understanding of the functioning of web applications and software systems.
  • Have some experience of working with SaaS products.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle• Working experience in automated testing
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, performance and, or security testing
  • Exposure to PLM, ALM, ERP etc.


Soft Skills:


  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Looking forward for ways to learn and improve yourself
