We are seeking a high-performing and creative Sales Manager / Senior Executive to drive revenue through strategic in-film branding opportunities. You will lead brand conversations for co-branded campaigns, movie sponsorships, and integrated visibility across Times OOH assets.

This is a first-of-its-kind role that combines the influence of Bollywood with impactful OOH presence—ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about entertainment, marketing innovations, and brand storytelling.

( To define co-branding a bit more in detail. - It is association with brands wherein they get an opportunity to co-brand/share space with leading movie campaigns.

If there is any movie that is scheduled to release in next few weeks, the brands will partner with the movie and spend on the OOH campaign of the movie and in return get space in the same ad campaign thus subtly and indirectly get associated with the film and its star cast without actually spending money on brand endorsement. )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue through direct selling of in-movie advertising solutions.
  • Drive sales for co-branded campaigns tied to Bollywood and regional films.
  • Pitch co-branding deals involving poster usage, movie star imagery, and campaign integrations
  • Collaboration with Film Studios & Production Houses
  • Conceptualize and pitch creative, high-impact advertising campaigns tailored to client objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at leading brands and advertising agencies.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and execute them to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare engaging client presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and other visual tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of upcoming film releases and cultural trends.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing / Mass Media Communications preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Media/Ad Sales, brand partnerships, entertainment marketing, or advertising including in-cinema/in-movie advertising.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and sell creative, out-of-the-box campaigns.
  • Strong network of contacts in top brands and media agencies across India.
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Presentable, confident, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles and achieving targets independently.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Based in or familiar with the Mumbai/Delhi media landscape.
