🚀 We’re Hiring – Technical Pipeline & Integration Engineer (Unreal / AI Avatar Hub)About the ProjectISIDORE V2 is the next-generation AI-driven avatar and multilingual assistant built by CompetitivIA, a European innovation hub developing intelligent ecosystems that blend 3D avatars, emotion-driven AI, and adaptive learning.After a successful first build phase, ISIDORE is entering its Version 2 development cycle — focused on cinematic-quality avatars, voice-interactive intelligence, and advanced animation pipelines.We’re building the AI Avatar Hub — a convergence point for Unreal Engine, AI integration, and behavioral animation.🧩 Your MissionWe’re looking for a Technical Pipeline & Integration Engineer capable of:Designing and securing the end-to-end Unreal Engine 5.4 pipelineIntegrating 3D assets, rigs, shaders, and animation layers into a unified production flowManaging AI-driven logic and communication with backend systems (voice, sentiment, emotion layers)Building a controlled asset versioning system (Perforce, Git LFS, or equivalent)Collaborating with the 3D, AI, and animation teams to ensure flawless handoff between R&D and productionDiagnosing, debugging, and preventing asset degradation or duplicationWriting internal documentation and optimization scripts for scalability🧩 Ideal ProfileYou are both a technologist and an architect, comfortable in Unreal and fluent in AI systems integration.Required Skills:Unreal Engine 5.x (Core, Sequencer, Metahumans, Blueprints, Materials)Pipeline automation (Python / C++ / Unreal tools scripting)Strong understanding of rigging, textures, shading, and animation integrationVersion control (Git LFS, Perforce) and data integrity managementAPI & AI integration (REST, WebSockets, RAG, or OpenAI models)Understanding of AI-driven behavioral systems (voice, facial animation, emotion mapping)Fluent English (written + spoken)Preferred Bonus Skills:Experience in VFX, game dev, or cinematic virtual productionFamiliarity with AI animation tools (Move.ai, DeepMotion, RADiCAL, etc.)Background in ML model deployment or NLP integration💼 You’ll Work WithRishi – Lead 3D Model & Avatar DesignerAkil – Animation & Rigging SpecialistArun – Unreal Environment & Engine StabilizationSyed – AI & Voice Interaction DeveloperSupported by CompetitivIA’s Core Innovation Hub (Web, Data, UX, and Imaging teams)🚀 What We OfferFull creative and technical autonomy within a high-impact AI projectLong-term mission perspective (12+ months possible)Work alongside international experts at the intersection of AI, 3D, and innovationVisibility and potential co-credit in future CompetitivIA projects📩 How to ApplySend your portfolio or demo reel (if available) + a short note about your experience with Unreal pipelines and AI integration to: 📧 talent@competitivia.com Subject: Technical Pipeline Engineer – ISIDORE V2
