Ability to cross-question and assess candidates' alignment withtechnical requirements and cultural fit.● Specialized Role Hiring: Work independently on niche technology roles, using innovativesourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.● Boolean Search Expertise: Proficient in utilizing Boolean search techniques on platformslike Naukri, Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, and others to source qualified candidates.● Negotiation & Engagement: Drive effective negotiation conversations, ensuring candidateexpectations are aligned with company offerings while balancing internal stakeholderrequirements.????
