About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive our procurement business for office interior projects. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for B2B sales and a strong understanding of the interior design and construction ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of products and materials to contractors, project management firms, and other stakeholders involved in workplace interior projects. This is a strategic B2B role that involves consultative selling, relationship building, and a structured sales approach to ensure scalability and consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue growth by selling interior products and materials to businesses involved in office fit-outs and interior projects.

- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, project firms, procurement teams, architects, and designers.

- Understand client requirements and propose the most suitable product solutions to meet their project needs.

- Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the office interiors and procurement segment.

- Manage the entire B2B sales lifecycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to effectively position the companys products and solutions.

- Maintain a structured sales process using CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

- Collaborate with internal procurement, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in procurement, office interiors, construction materials, or related industries.

- Proven track record of sales performance in a project-driven environment.

- Strong existing network with contractors, architects, designers, or project firms will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle long sales cycles effectively.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
