Clinical Head

Job Summary: As the Clinical Head of a hair replacement company, you will be responsiblefor overseeing and managing the clinical operations of the organization. Your primary focuswill be on providing expert guidance, ensuring the highest standards of quality in clinicalservices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role indelivering exceptional patient care and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage the clinical team, including the trichologist, and co-ordination withthe surgeons.2. Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.3. Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to bestpractices and industry standards.4. Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety measures toidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.5. Collaborate with the research and development team to stay up-to-date withadvancements in hair replacement techniques and technologies.6. Stay informed about regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines related to hairreplacement procedures and ensure compliance within the organization.7. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the clinical team to enhance theirskills and knowledge.8. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the clinicaldepartment.9. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as medicalprofessionals, suppliers, and relevant organizations.10. Participate in marketing and business development initiatives by providing clinicalinsights, contributing to content creation, and representing the company atconferences and events.11. Coordinate with the Trichologist &amp Procedure Managers and make sure therevenue target for the department is achieved.12. Lead and expand the Advanced Esthetica along with Hair Restoration.Requirements:1. Medical degree / MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting, preferably in the fieldof hair replacement or cosmetic surgery.3. In-depth knowledge of hair restoration techniques, including surgical and non-surgicalprocedures.4. Strong understanding of clinical operations, quality assurance, and patient safetyprotocols.5. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverseaudiences.7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for hair replacementprocedures.8. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to make informed decisions underpressure.9. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.10. Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of hairrestoration.
