Our Offshore Development Centre (ODC) enables scalable growth with dedicated teams, and our skill assessment platform ensures top talent is industry-readKey Responsibilities:Legal Advice:Provide sound legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters in India & GloballyAdvise management and stakeholders on legal risks and potential issues.Interpret and apply legal principles to business situations.Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure that contracts are legally sound and protect the company's interests.Manage and oversee the company's contracts and legal obligations.Compliance:Ensure that the company complies with all applicable  global laws and regulations.Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes in the law in India & globallyDevelop and implement compliance programs and procedures.Litigation and Dispute Resolution:Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, whether through negotiation or litigation.Prepare and represent the company in legal proceedings.Advise on potential litigation risks and strategies.Legal Research and Analysis:Conduct legal research to support legal advice and decision-making.Analyze legal issues and identify potential risks and opportunities.Prepare legal memoranda and reports.Other Responsibilities:Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.Train and educate employees on legal matters. Serve as a liaison between the company and external legal counsel.Skills and Qualifications:Education: degree from an accredited law school.License: Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Experience: 2.5 - 5 years of experience in corporate law.Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
