Our advanced, data-driven system streamlines operations with minimal human intervention.Our extensive product portfolio encompasses over a million SKUs and more than 2,500 brands across eight primary categories.With a robust presence on major platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and eBay, we directly serve consumers in the United States.As we continue to forge new partner relationships, our flagship website, www.ojcommerce.com, has rapidly emerged as a top-performing e-commerce channel, catering to millions of customers Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account companys goals and financial standing- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the 5+ years of post-CA experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with strong expertise in corporate finance and business performance management.- Proven track record as a Finance Analyst, delivering actionable insights through financial forecasting, diagnosis, and variance analysis.- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.- Hands-on expertise in statistical analysis, modeling, and working with statistical packages for data-driven decision-making.- Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills, with experience in preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.- In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis, enabling effective business planning and strategy support.- Well-versed in financial regulations, accounting standards, tax laws, money markets, and current business environments.What we Offer- Competitive salary- Medical Benefits/Accident Cover- Flexi Office Working Hours- Fast paced start up (ref:iimjobs.com)
