The ideal candidate will drive the design, development and deployment of AI/ML solutions, lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers. Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers). Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. Work with large-scale datasets to develop, fine-tune, and evaluate models. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications. Stay current with the latest research, tools, and trends in AI/ML, and recommend adoption where applicable. Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices in AI model development. Ensure ethical, secure, and responsible AI development. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of deep learning , NLP , computer vision , or generative models . Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, Diffusers). Proficient in ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , scikit-learn , Keras , etc. Solid programming skills in Python ; experience with other languages like Java , C++ , or Go is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices. Experience deploying models in production environments (APIs, microservices, containers). Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Nice-to-Have: Research contributions or publications in AI/ML conferences or journals. Experience working with multi-modal models (text + image + audio). Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning , Prompt Engineering , or AutoML .
