Ltd. is a young, ambitious digital startup focused on helping global brands grow through creativity, technology, and strategy.We specialize in website development, digital marketing, creative design, SEO, and branding — and we’re currently in the exciting phase of building our own brand presence from the ground up.Our mission is simple: turn powerful ideas into impactful digital experiences that stand out internationally.Now, we’re ready to bring on a professional designer who can visually define Vynce Digital across every platform — from Instagram reels and YouTube videos to website graphics and brand campaigns.Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed)Location: Remote (Full-time)What We’re Looking ForWe’re not looking for “just another designer.”We’re looking for a versatile, highly skilled, and creative professional who can handle video editing, social media content, and website graphics — all with equal mastery.This role demands someone who’s passionate about designing for impact, understands brand storytelling, and can independently drive creative consistency across all our digital platforms.If you have the creative depth to make brands look global, modern, and memorable — this position is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo & Motion Design- Plan, edit, and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional clips, and animated explainers. - Add motion graphics, typography, and transitions that enhance storytelling and engagement. - Manage the full video lifecycle — from concept to export-ready content.Graphic & Visual Design- Design high-quality visuals, posts, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms. - Create website banners, hero sections, and marketing visuals that match our brand identity. - Develop brand kits, color palettes, and visual systems that ensure consistency across all content.Creative Strategy & Branding- Work with the marketing and development teams to build our brand identity from scratch. - Participate in creative planning sessions — helping conceptualize campaigns, brand visuals, and launch themes. - Translate complex ideas into visually engaging stories that resonate globally.Social Media Presence- Help us set up, grow, and scale our social media pages — from zero followers to strong digital recognition. - Stay updated with design trends and social media formats that drive maximum engagement. - Design content calendars and visual strategies aligned with brand tone and audience goals.Required Skills & Expertise- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve). - Experience Level: - Minimum 2–4 years of proven work in professional design or media production roles. - Strong portfolio showcasing videos, graphics, and brand campaigns (not just college-level work). - Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout balance, and motion storytelling. - Ability to deliver consistently high-quality work with attention to visual precision. - Comfort working independently in a remote startup — balancing creativity with responsibility. - Strong communication skills and ability to take clear feedback constructively.Preferred Skills- Experience in UI/UX mockups or website visuals (Figma, XD). - Familiarity with digital ad creatives and visual optimization for performance campaigns. - Knowledge of branding for international clients (especially US/UK markets). - Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design and web image optimization. - Motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, or video compositing experience is a huge plus.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to build something meaningful, design a brand from the ground up, and grow with a startup that’s serious about creative excellence — we’d love to meet you.Send your Resume + Portfolio link (Behance/Drive) to faisalshah@vyncedigital.comand apply directly via LinkedIn to be considered.Why Join Vynce Digital- Be part of the founding creative team shaping the company’s visual identity from day one. - Gain creative freedom and decision-making power in an early-stage startup environment. - Work on international projects and create visuals seen by clients across multiple countries. - Grow fast — the right candidate will quickly move into a Creative Head / Brand Design Lead position. - Enjoy a performance-based culture that rewards creativity, consistency, and quality output.
