Our program has successfully helped individuals eliminate daily medications, dietary restrictions, and anxiety associated with these disorders.


Key Responsibilities:

1.      Outbound Calls: Make calls to Leads to sell give webinar information.

2.      Inbound Calls: Receive and manage calls from Leads, providing information or assistance.

3.      Customer Interaction: Answer customer queries about products, pricing, or services and provide relevant information.

4.      Sales Conversion: Convince customers to join services through an online payment ot by giving offline appointment.

5.      Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with clients or prospects to keep them engaged and move them along the sales funnel.

6.      Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, including customer details, conversation notes, and outcomes.

7.      Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, or sales.

8.      Complaint Resolution: Handle patient complaints or escalate them to the relevant departments for resolution.

9.      Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to refine call strategies and increase patient joining.
