About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Testing Expert to ensure that our applications comply with WCAG and ADA accessibility standards. The candidate will play a critical role in manual and automated accessibility testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver inclusive digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing across web and mobile applications.- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / ADA / Section 508 guidelines.- Use assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, etc.) for validation.- Identify, document, and track accessibility issues; guide remediation efforts with developers.- Provide training and best practices to QA and development teams.- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for accessibility in QA processes.Technical Skills & Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of accessibility testing experience across digital platforms.- Strong knowledge of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, ARIA guidelines.- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as Axe, Wave, Lighthouse, JAWS, NVDA.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive accessibility initiatives (ref:hirist.tech)
