**Role Description**

We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, and decisive Identity & Access Architect for the Chief Security Office CTO Identity & Access team. The team looks after the global bank-wide identity and access services, and architecture and strategy for such. The Identity & Access team has a global footprint present in all main bank locations. The team itself is located mainly in London, Frankfurt, Bucharest and Pune.

The Identity & Access Architect will lead the definitions of architecture models for all levels of privileged access management, including consumption models and automation. The Identity & Access Architect will align such in the wider identity & access security architecture landscape and with the threat landscape. The person will manage and operate in a highly complex environment and prove the ability to drive efficient solutions and simplification.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- The Identity & Access Architect will be a key member to drive the strategic direction of moving into cloud, where identity and access plays a major role
- The Identity & Access Architect will drive the overall privileged access management consumption services including automation and technical capability architectures
- The Identity & Access Architect align it well to threats, controls and policies, as well as regulatory requirements
- The Identity & Access Architect will actively socialise and negotiate standard architectures across highly diverse and complex business engineering teams and platform teams for privileged access
- The Identity & Access Architect will own standards, guidelines, blueprints, and reference architectures on how to consume and integrate with the identity and access services
- The Identity & Access Architect is driving the analysis of weaknesses for identity and access control areas and wider security frameworks and implementations

**Your Skills, Qualifications and experience**
- Expert experience from identity and access threats, vulnerabilities, protection patterns and technologies commonly used in the market to address the resulting risks
- Expert experience from identity and access control areas like Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Authorisation and Privileged Access Management, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) & Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Secrets Management, and Governance & Analytics
- Proven experience as an Information Security and Identity and Access Architect in a large scale multi-national, ideally in financial services
- Track record of driving architectures for hybrid and cloud environments
- Degree-level IT and/or information security qualification, preferably IAM or Crypto related
- Hands-on experience for minimum in a global financial institution’s IT security/governance environment
- Professional education like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or alike

**Your skills**
- Expert level knowledge and proven experience of Cloud technologies and Cloud deployment models relevant for GCP, AWS and Azure, and zero trust architectures in relation to identity and access
- Expert on Agile SDLC approaches and automated deployment concepts like “infrastructure as code” and “policy as code” techniques emerging contemporary Cloud environments and software technology stack and deployment scenarios
- Good level knowledge of network communication techniques and cryptographic methods/tools to understand/verify the effectiveness of identity and access solutions
- Good level knowledge of IT management/control frameworks, such as: ISO/IEC 27000-series, Control Objectives for Information Technology (COBIT), NIST Standards or Cloud Controls Matrix
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant for financial institutions, such as: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Payment Service Directive (PSD2), TRM Guideline of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) or Payment Card Industry Standard (PCI)
- Strong communication skills in English (written/verbal) to address issues also on a senior management level
