Job Title : Qlik Replicate Engineer.

Location : PAN India.

Years of experience : Overall 10+ IT Experience, Qlik Replicate specific 4-5 Year hands on experience.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Qlik Replicate Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining real-time data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate (formerly Attunity). You will play a key role in enabling seamless data movement across heterogeneous systems to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement end-to-end data replication pipelines using Qlik Replicate.

- Configure and optimize Qlik Replicate tasks for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot replication jobs, ensuring data integrity and minimal latency.

- Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and business stakeholders to understand data

requirements.

- Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance of Qlik Replicate environments.

- Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Proven experience with Qlik Replicate in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and real-time data integration.


- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts and implementation.

- Proficiency in SQL and scripting for automation and monitoring.

- Experience with data modeling and data pipeline orchestration tools is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Qlik Replicate certification or equivalent experience.

- Experience with Qlik Compose or other Qlik data integration tools.

- Knowledge of data lake and data mesh architectures.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
