Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Replication Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data replication solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Replication Strategies: Design and implement data replication strategies (real-time, batch, CDC - Change Data Capture) between multiple systems.
  • System Configuration: Configure source and target data systems for replication, including databases, applications, and cloud platforms.
  • Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor Qlik Replicate jobs to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely data flows. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, replication lag, or connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Analyze and resolve issues related to replication, synchronization, and data transfer errors. Provide second-tier support for data integration issues, collaborating with developers and data engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Data Replication: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining data replication solutions.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud storage integration and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with various database management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
