Passionate about delivering sustainable outcomes, we focus on providing meaningful solutions to real-world needs.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Associate Accounts Payable will be responsible for managing day to day operations related to the company’s account payables process, as well as preparing ledger reconciliations and entries.- Create purchase orders and new vendors for multiple agencies. - Approve invoices by validating the details and ensure adherence to accounting policies. - Train Marketing Team on purchase order creation. - Assist with any AP related questions from internal and external teams. - Assist team with month-end duties, including preparing journal entries related to Reclass, Accruals, Prepaid Amortization etc. - Creation and Maintenance of Job codes and WBS (Work breakdown structure) in SAP. - Prepare Blackline reconciliations and tasks as assigned. - Check and assess all accounting records for accuracy. - Assist with special projects and audits as needed. - Maintain good rapport with staff, vendors, external auditors and regulators. - Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures in all accounting functions and activities.Qualification- Graduate in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years experience. - Must be strong team player, flexible, and willing to work overtime when required. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with a passion for accuracy, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-pace environment. - Must be comfortable interfacing with employees outside of the office at other locations/countries, via phone, email, web meetings to gain understanding to complete monthly tasks. - Able to work under tight deadlines. - Able to display initiative & take ownership of problems
