JOB TITLE: Associate Creative Director – Motion Graphics & Video Editor
LOCATION: Remote (Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore preferred)

ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director – Motion Graphics & Video Editor who excels in editing campaign films, crafting high-value reels, and delivering exceptional color grading. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of visual storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to lead a team of young motion graphic designers while developing robust creative processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and execute high-quality video edits for campaign films, digital ads, social media reels, and brand content.
- Enhance storytelling through expert-level color grading, ensuring a cinematic and polished finish.
- Oversee motion graphics design to create dynamic visual effects that elevate content.
- Develop and implement robust processes for the motion graphics & video department, including workflow optimization, file management, and creative reviews.
- Spearhead storyboarding and conceptualization to bring creative visions to life effectively.
- Mentor and lead a young team of motion graphic designers, fostering creativity and skill development.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Develop and maintain a visual language that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in video production, editing techniques, and color grading innovations.
- Proven experience in high-end video editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of color theory, LUTs, and cinematic grading techniques.
- Experience in leading creative teams and mentoring young designers.
- Ability to develop structured processes, from pre-production (storyboarding, shot planning) to post-production.
- Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for visual composition.
- Experience working on advertising, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Lead and shape the motion graphics & video department in an innovative creative agency.
