This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a proactive approach to managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager will ensure program coherence, drive momentum, and enable the realization of business benefits.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and design program structure, monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions as neededEnsure quality assurance and program integrity, aligning with corporate and technical standardsCoordinate interdependent projects and manage interfaces across teams and systemsFacilitate team formation and resource allocation across projectsOversee delivery of products/services to meet quality, timeline, and budget expectationsManage third-party contributions and vendor relationshipsLead stakeholder communications and engagement strategiesIdentify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomesMaintain a cohesive program environment that supports individual project success💼 Required Skills & AttributesProven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsStrong understanding of at least one programming languageFamiliarity with IoT devices and software platformsExpertise in program planning, monitoring, and control techniquesExperience in business case development and approvalsKnowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, MSP)Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocationSeniority and credibility to advise and influence project teamsStrategic problem-solving and risk management capabilities🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile8+ years of experience in program or project management rolesDemonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programsAbility to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum across long-term initiativesComfortable working full-time on high-impact programs with multiple stakeholders
