Position Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Engineer to oversee and support enterprise-level networking services across our global infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale Data Centers, WAN/LAN infrastructure, and enterprise-class connectivity solutions. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership ability, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge networking technologies to ensure seamless connectivity, performance, and security across the Roles & Responsibilities : Operations & Support :

- Provide end-to-end support for networking services, including production and technical troubleshooting.

- Manage and maintain Data Center and LAN/WAN infrastructure across a large corporate

environment.

- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for WAN, LAN, Data Center, VPN, and client connectivity

services.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of global network Implementation & Management :

- Lead design, deployment, and management of enterprise-class Data Centers (with expertise in Spine-Leaf Topology).

- Support and manage 100+ site Global WAN Infrastructure, leveraging multiple connectivity

technologies such as MPLS, ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, IZO, etc.

- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize connectivity solutions and ensure

SLA & Tools Expertise :

Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting :

- Meraki (mandatory)

- Arista switches

- Aruba (HPE Aruba) Wireless Infrastructure (mandatory)

- Cisco switches

- Strong understanding of network security technologies and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and proactively address & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide network engineers and support staff.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure with business goals.

- Provide inputs for network design, upgrades, and capacity planning.

- Document network infrastructure, policies, and procedures for operational :

- 7 - 10 years of experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure.

- Proven experience in Data Center Management and LAN/WAN Operations for large corporate

setups.

- Strong background in networking and network security technologies.

- Hands-on expertise with Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco switches.

- Mandatory knowledge of Meraki, Arista, and HPE Aruba Wireless Infrastructure.

- Experience managing global WAN environments with diverse connectivity technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
