The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inworkspace portal development,UI/UX design,integration,scripting, andcustomizationwithin ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implementServiceNow GRC modules(Risk, Compliance, Policy, Audit, etc.). Develop and customizeworkspace portalsand enhance user experiences. Work onportal design and development, ensuring seamless UI/UX integration. Implementcustom scripts,UI policies,business rules, andclient/server scripts. Performsystem administration, configuration, and maintenance activities. Developintegrationswith external systems and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. Providetechnical supportand troubleshoot GRC-related issues. Required Skills 3–8 years of experience as aServiceNow Developerwith focus onGRC. Strong experience inworkspace portal developmentandService Portal customization. Proficiency inJavaScript,Glide API, andServiceNow scripting. Experience inintegration(REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.). Solid understanding ofServiceNow system administrationand platform configuration. ServiceNow Certification (CSA / CAD / GRC Implementation Specialist) is an added advantage.
