About the Role A leadingMultinational Corporation (MNC)is hiring aServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultantto join its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you'll implement and optimize ServiceNow's risk and compliance solutions, helping organizations improve cyber resilience and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop secure, scalable applications on theServiceNow platform . Implement ServiceNow GRC modules likeIRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM , etc. Definearchitecture, data models, access control frameworks , and workflows. Translate business requirements intoepics, user stories, UI mockups , and technical deliverables. Lead the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering through go-live. Providetraining and advanced supporton complex system configurations. Conductcode reviews , enforceServiceNow best practices , and mentor team members. Supportpre-salesand technical solutioning as part of client engagements. Collaborate acrossglobal teamsto deliver quality and consistency. Must-Have Skills & Experience 3–5 yearsof hands-on experience withServiceNow GRC/IRM modules . Experience implementingRisk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, Security Incident Response (SIR) . Strong command ofServiceNow development : Flow Designer, UI Builder, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc. Experience withServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services . Completed2–3+ end-to-end ServiceNow projects . Strong platform troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployment experience. Agile/Scrum experience and excellent stakeholder communication. ✅Mandatory:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Good to Have (Preferred Skills & Certifications) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS – Risk and Compliance Implementation Specialist CIS – Security Incident Response / Vendor Risk / Vulnerability Response Specialist Knowledge ofITAM, SAM, HAM , andCMDB Familiarity withGRC platformslike RSA Archer, MetricStream Experience buildingstrategic roadmapsfor ServiceNow GRC/IRMAbout the Team You’ll be part of theCyber Strategy & Transformationteam, helping enterprises stay ahead of threats by: Designing Cybersecurity Programs & Governance Managing Regulatory & Framework Compliance (NIST, ISO, etc.) Delivering Cyber Risk Quantification and Analytics Implementing Technology Compliance & GRC ToolsInterested? - Poojya Padmanabhan - poojya@coretek.io to apply or learn more.
