People Excellence:- * Lead and mentor team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, resolve field complaints, and implement corrective measures for AMC related challenges.* AMC trainings to build capabilities in AMC Business.C.
