Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on talent acquisition. You will play a key role in hiring top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

•Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

•Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms.

•Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers.

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

•Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.


HR Operations

•Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

•Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

•Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.

•Support payroll processing and benefits administration.


Employee Engagement

•Organize team-building activities, workshops, and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

•Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and work on improvement plans.


Compliance

•Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

•Stay updated with HR trends and legal requirements to maintain compliance.


Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

•Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

•Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., Recruiter, HRIS systems).
