Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR & Admin In charge at EASTEND ENTERPRISES in Mukkam, Kozhikode. The role involves overseeing HR functions, managing employee benefits, creating and implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth personnel management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
  • Employee Benefits administration skills
  • Strong personnel management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
