Responsibilities:

  • Be the part of a team; of highly skilled performance marketers and craft affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Responsible to drive conversions using affiliate marketing channels (Affiliate Networks like AWIN, U switch, Impact.com, Individual Publishers, Price comparison sites, Affiliate Bloggers, Amazon & eBay Marketplace).
  • Work closely with the internal Product, Creative & Content Teams to ensure timely & smooth campaign execution, conversion, re-targeting & performance tracking.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked, and operate towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize on performance ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.
  • Onboard new Networks/Partners etc. & take the ownership of driving their performance efficacy & volume.
  • Liaise with external stakeholder like Publishers, ad networks, agencies, service providers etc & internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare all reports, analyse results, interpret trends, give insights, and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and overall program.
  • Review and approve affiliate applications.
  • Work with the top performing affiliates partners helping them to maximize their efforts and incentivize them to deliver more (provide them with campaigns, promotions, assets tools, etc.)
  • Analyse affiliate performance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management performance.
  • Manage affiliate operations, including acquisition, set up, payments, invoicing, and dispute resolution.

Skillsets

  • Prior work experience (2-3 years) in affiliate marketing (Networks, Publishers, Aggregators like AWIN, Impact.com, Uswitch, Commission Junction or similar networks).
  • International Experience in affiliate marketing is required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidates with ad network client management experience is preferred.
  • The ability to use insights data, affiliate performance, and key trends for the development of strategies and plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables/v-lookup), and able to extract trends from a large pool of data.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good hands-on with networks – AWIN, Commission Junction (CJ), Impact.com
  • International affiliate marketing experience
  • Hands-on with CRM Tools
  • Good knowledge on MS Excel and advanced.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong stake-holder management or client-management background.
  • Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask.
