Roles & Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced professional focused on Products who is looking forward to a challenging role in our rapidly scaling platform.The person shall work closely with the Head of Products on the following key responsibilities:New Product Development:1. Work closely with the senior team members on ideation and ideas development2. Conduct thorough research on market competition, investment products (PMS, AIF, MFs), and internal data to identify opportunities for new product development.3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new product concepts for PMS, AIF, and Offshore platforms.4. Provide comprehensive support to the Operations team for the launch of new products on PMS and AIF platforms.Existing Products:1. Own the investor communication work stream including updating of all marketing collaterals on a monthly basis.2. Work closely with the fund management teams for quarterly review and enhancement of marketing materials.3. Address day-to-day inquiries related to our products from both Domestic and International Business Development teams.4. Focus on establishing robust processes for all product-related and sales-oriented activities.5. Collect industry data related to Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) from various sources.Qualifications & Background:- An MBA from a premier business school with minimum 3 years of experience in asset management of consulting background- Process orientation and sharp analytical and presenting abilities- Ability to create and execute research templates- Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams across the organisation (ref:iimjobs.com)
