Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to optimize business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of ERP and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications like AS- IS, To- Be, BRP, SRS, and SDS.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and propose solutions that align with business goals, ensuring they are feasible, scalable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
- Oversee the implementation of ERP and CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM software (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working in [insert industry, e.g., finance, off sourcing] is a plus.
