Greetings from Tata Consultancy ServicesRequired Experience: 10+ years Location:Bangalore Must-Have Skills:- Atlassian, Jira, Confluence Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration & Administration Configure and manage Jira and Confluence Data Center environments, including native features and third-party plugins. Build Jira projects and design custom workflows based on business needs. Administer Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions. Maintain system documentation and operational procedures. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via service ticket queues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions. Contribute to platform stability, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on emerging technologies and DevOps best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. Exposure toAtlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)through coursework, internships, or work experience. Introductory experience with SQL and JQL. Understanding of SDLC and application support processes. Strong communication skills and structured problem-solving ability. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality documentation.Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash). Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS, Azure)and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Git and version control workflows. Understanding of Agile methodologies and REST APIs.
