We are seeking a strategic and creative General Manager of Luxury Marketing to spearhead the marketing initiatives. The GM will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at positioning our brand as a leader in the luxury sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and equity in the luxury retail space.
  • Elevate the brand's position by targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
  • Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition across all marketing channels.


  • Luxury Consumer Insights & Targeting:
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to understand the behaviors, preferences, and expectations of luxury consumers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to develop personalized marketing strategies that resonate with the affluent customer base.
  • Identify and nurture key customer segments, ensuring the brand remains top of mind for luxury buyers.


  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and experiential platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling and visually stunning marketing materials that reflect the brand’s exclusivity and heritage.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the brand’s luxury image and deliver high-impact results.


  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and a results-oriented culture.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and merchandising teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
