Automobile Sales Executive

Our client, an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, is seeking a dynamic and presentable Automobile Sales Executive to join their team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer inquiries, test rides, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a strong focus on customer experience and adherence to processes and SOPs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
Enter customer inquiries with complete details in the designated tab.
Demonstrate the features of the scooter to potential customers.
Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and more.

KPIs

Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.
Adherence to processes and SOPs with no deviations.
Deliver exceptional customer experience with no negative feedback.
Customer experience rating.

Requirements

Requirements:
1+ year of working experience in automobile sales.
Immediate to 10 days notice period.
12th pass/Graduation/Diploma qualification.
Sales expertise in automobile, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.
Valid driving license.
Good communication skills.
Note: Qualifications, experience, and skills in automobile sales are preferred.
