If you love solving real user problems through design and can balance aesthetics with usability, youll thrive in this role.Youll be a key part of our design process - translating user insights and product goals into clean, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.Your Day-to-Day Will Include : - Understanding product goals and user needs through collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.- Designing wireframes, mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes.- Applying UX principles to create intuitive workflows, layouts, and navigation structures.- Designing high-fidelity interfaces that reflect brand consistency and visual clarity.- Working closely with developers to ensure a smooth handoff and proper design implementation.- Iterating designs based on internal feedback, usability testing, and product performance metrics.- Maintaining and contributing to design guidelines and component libraries.Skills & Qualifications : - 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in UI/UX design.- A strong design portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX process, problem-solving, and visual design capabilities.- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.- Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and usability heuristics.- Good communication and collaboration skills - comfortable working with cross-functional teams.- Bonus if you have experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or motion design platforms.- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an added plus, though not mandatory.
