Role Description

We are looking to hire a
Lead UI Designer
on-site with
4+ years of experience
who can take ownership of design quality, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers
    , ensuring their growth, performance, and alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
    , balancing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Be
    well-versed in core UX activities
    such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Have a strong
    eye for detail
    with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Be proficient with modern
    UX/UI tools
    and design systems, with expertise in
    interaction design
    and creating seamless user experiences.
  • Act as a
    bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the design team
    , ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and delivery of impactful design solutions.
  • Take responsibility for
    team performance, project success, and client satisfaction
    , driving innovation and consistency in all design outcomes.
