Core Development & Customization :

- Developing ServiceNow solutions : This involves using JavaScript, web services, and other ServiceNow-specific technologies to build custom applications and workflows that meet specific business needs.

- Customizing the platform : ServiceNow developers modify the platform's interface, functionality, and data models to align with an organization's unique requirements.

- Creating workflows : They design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow's workflow engine to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Building forms and reports : Developers create user-friendly forms for data input and generate reports to provide insights into ServiceNow data.

- Integrating with other systems : They integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems like CRM, HR systems, and other applications using APIs and web services. & Support :


- Troubleshooting and resolving issues : Developers diagnose and fix problems within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its smooth operation.


- Providing user support : They assist end-users with ServiceNow-related questions and issues, offering guidance and training.

- Testing and deployment : Developers participate in testing new features, bug fixes, and upgrades before deploying them to the production environment.

- Maintaining system performance : They monitor the system's performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize its functionality. & Communication :
