Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Oracle EPRCS solutions for enterprise reporting and narrative reporting needs.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain report packages, templates, and data models within EPRCS.

- Experience related to GenAI Enterprise EPRCS will be added advantage.

- Integrate EPRCS with other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS) and external data

sources.

- Provide training and support to end-users on EPRCS functionalities and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and governance policies.

- Maintain the access security matrix and provision access to user as per requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data integration, and user Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, with at least 2 years focused on EPRCS.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, including income statements, balance sheets, and disclosures.

- Hands-on experience with Smart View, Financial/Management Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.

- Familiarity with other EPM modules like EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS is a plus.

- Good communication and management skills to manage stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional & Certifications :

- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field to understand

the financial statement and related complexity of FS.

- Oracle EPM Cloud -EPRCS certification preferred. (ref:hirist.tech)
