MIEPL - AGM/DGM - Sales & Marketing

The AGM/DGM Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading sales and marketing of function of Karnataka State to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of the role is to create and implement strategies that align sales goals with market trends, customer needs, and the company's growth objectives, while also establishing a strong market presence through effective branding and positioning efforts.
Preferred Industries : Steel or Cement or Paints
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales growth in both core and emerging markets.
- Focus on increasing profitability by managing margins and optimizing sales.
- Identify and enter new market segments, or geographic regions.
- Expand market share by developing strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to counter competitive pressures and capture larger market share.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
- Manage promotional activities to generate demand.
- Lead campaigns to differentiate the company's products based on quality, service, and innovation.
- Elevate the brand through events, trade shows, digital marketing, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Build a strong brand image that emphasizes reliability, sustainability, and innovation.
