About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Communication Intern to assist in managing the daily backend operations of our e-commerce brand. The role involves order tracking, stock audits, production coordination, and customer communication. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business operations and process management.Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Monitor daily orders from placement to dispatch, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery. - Stock Audits: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular inventory checks, and update reports. - Production Coordination: Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth production and replenishment timelines. - Customer Communication: Handle customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure positive service experiences. - Data & Reporting: Maintain and update operational trackers and reports using Excel and Google Sheets for performance tracking and analysis.Requirements:- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data organization). - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Interest in e-commerce, operations, or supply chain management. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.What You’ll Learn:- End-to-end operations management in a D2C/e-commerce environment. - Inventory tracking, production planning, and order management systems. - Practical business communication and coordination skills.Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to oniisaab@gmail.com.
