We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in GStreamer, C++, Python, and Computer Vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions for streaming video data from CCTV cameras and integrating it with various systems. The project involves real-time processing of video streams, transmitting data through different pipelines, and displaying live CCTV footage on a front-end interface.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for streaming CCTV video data using GStreamer.


- Implement efficient algorithms in C++ and Python for processing video streams and integrating them with computer vision modules.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across different systems.


- Work on real-time video processing and transmission, ensuring minimal latency and high performance.


- Develop and maintain a front-end interface for displaying live CCTV footage.


- Optimize system performance, ensuring reliable and stable video streams under various network conditions.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video streaming, data integration, and front-end display.


Mandatory Skills :


- GStreamer : Expertise in developing and managing video streams.


- C++ : Strong proficiency in C++ for developing high-performance applications.


- Python : Experience in scripting and automation, particularly in video processing.


- Computer Vision : Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms and their application in video streaming.


Optional Skills :


- NVIDIA DeepStream : Familiarity with NVIDIA DeepStream SDK for accelerated video analytics.


- Kafka : Experience with Kafka for managing real-time data pipelines.


- Azure : Knowledge of Azure cloud services for deploying scalable applications.


- DevOps : Understanding of DevOps practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and managing the deployment of video streaming :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- Proven track record of developing and deploying video streaming and computer vision solutions.


- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
